On 26th September, the Metropolitan Black Police Association (MetBPA) celebrated its 20th Anniversary. They also begin the celebration of Black History Month 2014 with the publication of their annual magazine “Still moving in time“. The publication highlights the achievement of individuals over the last 10 years.
